We have set out the following terms and conditions for your safety and request you to comply with them while taking part in hiring a vehicle from Morgan Car Hire Malvern. Please read the terms and conditions carefully.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age: 25
• Maximum age: 77 (over 77's can still participate but as a passenger)
• Drivers must hold a full and current driving licence, and have never been disqualified from driving or had their insurance declined and/or renewal refused/cancelled.
• Drivers should have no more than 6 penalty points on their licence within the last 5 years. Additional fees may apply should you have points
• Any endorsements on the driver’s licence within the last 5 years must be disclosed to us here at Morgan Car Hire Malvern upon booking.

We would ask that all drivers bring their full drivers licences with them on the day, and agree to complete a standard Insurance form which includes questions relating to medical history / driving endorsements. In addition, you must produce two further means of identification, which must include a utilities bill to you at your present address or an official letter to you at your present address (ie. Bank Statement, Credit Card etc: ). You will also be required to leave a contact telephone number where you can be contacted either during the day or evening.

A full set of our Terms and Conditions will be e mailed to you upon request and to help we have tried to cover the most commonly asked questions here. You will also receive a booking confirmation when you collect your car, please read this carefully along with the accompanying Terms and Conditions regarding us as the Owners and you as the Hirer obligations. If you have any questions regarding these, terms or obligations, we will explain them to you.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE

A £2,000 excess will be paid by the hirer in the event of any accident or damage being caused to the vehicle. 

MILEAGE

The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel, and should be returned at the same level. It should be noted that our insurance only permits travel within mainland United Kingdom.

As the paper counterpart of UK driving licenses are now out of use (since 2015) please go to the DVLA gov website https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence and generate your unique check code.

Please print a copy of this and present this along with all other documents required (as stated above).

Our Morgan is fitted with a tracking device. Drivers are not permitted to exceed the roads speed limit.

DRIVER & PASSENGER

Only the named person can drive and only the named passenger allowed in the vehicle.

Strictly "No Smoking" whilst inside the car please.

ANIMALS

We do not allow any animals in the car

Please note: If the above terms and conditions are not met, use of the car will not be permitted.

No refunds will be due in this instance.

LIABILITY

Any personal possessions left in the cars are the hirer’s responsibility. Morgan Car Hire Malvern is not liable for the loss or damage
to any property stored or transported in or on the vehicle.

CANCELLATION

Any hire cancelled within 28 days of the hire date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Any hires cancelled within 14 days of the date of hire will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that this also applies to the re-scheduling of hires within these time frames.

PLEASE NOTE

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for the weather, and so any hires cancelled or re-scheduled due to poor weather conditions (with the exception of extreme conditions) will be subject to the above cancellation and re-scheduling terms.
